Our policy takes 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and used in the condition you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Several kinds of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are cordial or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

We request a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain cases where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with signs of open use
* Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl record.
* Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault.
* Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we'll send you an email notifying you that we've received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a given day.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.
Then, contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is sent.

Products sold (if applicable)
Only normal priced products can be returned, unfortunately the merchandise cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if any)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change for the same item, please send us an email to umitakpinar05@gmail.com and we will deliver the item to the address you send.
If the product is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift owner has ordered you to give it later, we will send a refund to the gift donor and learn your refund.

Shipping
Please contact us to return your product.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you ship a product for more than $ 75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the product you returned.
